Many discussions at the HTC need to take place in private, whether it be conversations between guests and case workers about housing, seeking medical care, or calling social service providers, personal information deserves to be kept private. Until now, we’ve managed our 1:1 appointments and phone calls in our open air courtyard, however, as attendance continues to boom and the St. Joseph Rebuild Center grows, our private spaces are becoming less and less available. Our new Communication & Counseling (C&C) building will allow us to safeguard guests’ privacy and expand our service offerings with a dedicated space for medical care, case management, phones, and more.
